Tracking technology via Salesviewer and Leadinfo

This website uses the open-source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that make it possible to recognize the user across multiple pages with the aim of analyzing the user patterns (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information recorded by Matomo about the use of this website will be stored on our server. Prior to archiving, the IP address will first be anonymized.

Through Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data on the use of our website-by-website visitors. This enables us to find out, for instance, when which page views occurred and from which region they came. In addition, we collect various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browser, and operating system used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.).

We process personal data confidentially and solely on the basis of legal regulations (especially according to the General Data Protection Regulation / DSGVO). In this Data Privacy Statement we inform you about the most important aspects of data handling within the frame of myPOLS Biotec´s merchandise management system and in combination with its website. Your personal data will be used within our merchandise management system in which our business contacts are stored. This enables us to process orders and to offer customized support to the needs of our customers.

We save personal data due to the legitimate interest to optimally inform clients and prospects about our products and benefits and to implement customer contracts. (art. 6, paragraph 1, DSGVO).

We point out, that any data transmission on the internet (e.g. email conversation) may have vulnerabilities. An all-over protection of data against possible access does not exist.

Revocation

Many data processing activities require your explicit consent. You can revoke an existing consent at any time. An informal message by email to dataprotection@mypols.de is enough. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Use of data, storage and deleting

If you contact us, your given data including any contact details provided by you, will explicitly be used for processing your request or order and will be saved for eventual follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

The processing of the data entered into the order form takes place without exception on the basis of your consent (art. 6, paragraph. 1, DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. We collect, process and use personal data only, as far as those are necessary for reasoning, content design or change of legal relationship (personal inventory data). This takes place on the basis of art. 6, paragraph 1, DSGVO, in which it is permitted to process data in performance of a contract or for pre-contractual action. The personal data will only be stored as long as a customer relationship exists.

In fulfillment of a contract between customer and myPOLS Biotec, personal data will be saved as long as we are obliged to do so due to the statutory storage, reporting and documentation obligations.

The collected customer data will be deleted after termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
